Supekar Associates Quality First Policy :
- Supekar Associates is committed to achieve & maintain excellence in its execution & services through an established “Quality Management System” (QMS).
- Everyone in Supekar Associates is responsible & accountable to satisfy the quality procedure to client as per the contractual agreement & QMS.
- Supekar Associates top management is committed to develop team competence, creativity, empowerment to maintain the quality in execution.
- The management will also do the periodic review of Quality Policy. Supekar Associates will take necessary steps to communicate Quality Policy to all employees for implementation.
- Execution with Quality & Speed is the main objective of Supekar Associates.
Preventive Measures:
- Before build, specifications are cross checked.
- Every build is checked before moving further in execution.
- Post build its verified against specifications given by architect.
- Daily quality checks are conducted by Project manager.
- Summarised Quality report is send to HO every week.
- Issues are discussed between PM, Project Co-ordinator and Quality officer.
- Quality department directly reports to HO to avoid delays.
- We make sure that Cost of quality is kept minimum.
